In September of 2016, PJ and I ran across this house for sale. Compared to any other home we have lived in, this was a huge house. Tons of character! Full brick and loaded with just about everything we have ever had on our "wish list." (Finished basement, dining room, awesome master bedroom, office, sun room, pretty views, landscaping, and large enough for a pretty good game of hide and seek!) What was the catch? I think there were two, really. One, the location was not our first choice. We went from a 10 minute drive to school to a 20 minute drive. And we are further away from most family. And two, the house was out dated, to say the least. While the quality and craftsmanship of the house is stellar, the decor leaves much to be desired. After much thought, we decided to buy the house. Peeling wallpaper and all! I am anticipating some fun before and after photos, so stay tuned! First things first....in which room will we start???
